I swim at Alexander y in the winter and love going there for lap swimming. The outdoor pool at Kraft is perfect for me to enjoy with my grandkids age 3and 1 year. The lifeguard are very watchful and kind.

The Kraft Y is, overall, the best Y I have been to in the Triangle (though this is only 4 of them...). The facilities seem to be almost too good, as it is always crowded when I am there.
Outside classes under shelter, knowledgeable & enthusiastic instructors, clean & modern facility, large array of classes, friendly & helpful staff, welcoming & nonjudgmental environment.

Fitness instructors are great!
Friendly, clean environment. All of the instructors and staff are always very helpful. Offers a good variety of classes - there is something for everyone!
Biggest annoyance: some of the classes do overfill when people attend who are not registered. They are then very crowded and there is not enough equipment to go around. It is frustrating when you register for the class and then can't get a spot or equipment.
