Friendly employees at check in
Clean. Well run. Not too overcrowded.
Although Kraft Family Y is tather small, it is becoming crowded. There are several acres of land that is buildable and yet seldom used. If you addressed these isues, you would find we could increase member count. However with such restrictions of use, you will find that current members and the limits of usage will shrink.
Clean facility and friendly staff
I love Sandra H Zumba & Zumba Toning classes. The Kraft Y is the only Y that still offers Zumba Toning. Will be coming back!

I love the YMCA sports programs. Everyone gets to play everyone wins about team membership and sportsmanship and just the right interjection of faith without being overboard it's a fantastic program

Very friendly staff
Friendly employees and volunteers welcome you at the door with a smile. Classes for all fitness levels every morning and evening. Pickleball for adults indoors on the gym floor. I like the atmosphere and I always feel welcomed so I keep coming back!
It’s clean and everyone is friendly! The members all do what they’re expected to do and it’s a great place to work out!
A variety of classes to schedule, various types of equipment to workout with, lots of cardio machines and access to the gym for pickleball, shooting baskets etc.
Community
You’re 4 minutes away from my house in good traffic. You have child care. Your equipment is great and easy to use and understand and jump right onto when I’ve been lazy about coming.
Walking track is great. I love the bicycles with the screens! Members and staff are very courteous.
My child loves the Kraft YMCA after school program at Dillard and has been attending for the last 3 years !
Fellowship
We’ve been very happy with the soccer program at the YMCA. My son has played on both the fall and spring rec teams for several years and he has had a great experience. He has learned so much from his coach including the importance of good sportsmanship.
Great customer service and nice facilities and childcare
The program is very organized. The coach has been great and the boys have really learned skill development. Communication is also very good through email and the app.

I have recommended it to all my friends and family. The Kraft location especially has such friendly employees and attendees. I look forward to going there every day I do. It is healthy for the body and the mind. There are plenty of mixed ages and appropriate fitness classes for such as well.

I like the variety of equipment available
It’s been such a great help for working families, but also an awesome time for my daughter. She gets to spend some more time with friends and do fun and creative activities afterschool. We don’t need it everyday, but the flexibility and options of days are great. The afterschool counselors are wonderful.
My grandson enjoy going there and participating in the activities there.
Our kids attend YMCA after school at Ballentine Elementary and they have always have a good experience. In the past several months their experience has been great! Nyesha is so kind and comes up with angriest activities and crafts for the kiddos. She’s been a great addition and my kids love her!
