I really appreciate the caring and supportive staff at the Kraft Family YMCA After School program. My child enjoys spending time there, and I especially value the safe, welcoming environment, engaging activities, and the staff’s attention to the children. It gives me peace of mind knowing my child is in a positive environment after school while also having opportunities to learn, play, and socialize. Overall, it has been a great experience for our family.
Very convenient how it’s held in the school and pick up is easy. My son loves the activities and I think the program complements his kindergarten curriculum well. My son is thriving.

Nice staff, nice facilities, 5 minutes from my house, and you fixed the hot water problem in the pool locker room.

My 2nd grader had an amazing time the 2 times he has gone so far and has asked to be part of it again. So happy to hear that as he is not fond of a lot of programs locally.

There’s something special about youth sports through the ymca. You’re teaching children to enjoy the game, while learning respect and sportsmanship. I’m so happy that my son gets to experience sports this way first. These programs are so foundational to his growth.
The staff is incredible! They are so wonderful to my kids when they are in kid care. Everyone is friendly. It's a comfortable place to work out at.

The Kraft Family Y is one of the cleanest, best run Ys in the triangle. In fact, of all the triangle Ys, Kraft Family is a top of the line, 5 Stars facility. Everything is clean, everything is working, staff are friendly and it’s a pleasure to work out here.

Counselors were very welcoming and helpful with my foster daughter. She came into our care late in the summer and was very scared to go to the new camp, but the staff made her feel safe and helped her have fun and were also very flexible with our schedules of having to pick her up and drop her off at varying times over the weeks.
Everyone I met when I applied for membership were very friendly and helpful. I also received a tour of the facility that afternoon and was introduced to several members. The day after i applied, i received a phone call saying they my UnitedHealth care Renew program was not one that was accepted. Apparently there are levels of the Renew plan based on your specific policy. Since I was not eligible to join based on my insurance plan, I came back the next day to cancel my membership.
I was very please with the way the staff of the Y handled the application process and they way they handled the notification that the Renew program provided by my insurance was not accepted.
The staff I interacted with were fantastic, both during the application process and the cancellation process. Based on this interaction I would recommend the Kraft Family YMCA to family and friends. I would also come back to join if my insurance changes in the future.
My kids enjoyed being at the camp socializing with their peers, enjoying the activities provided by ymca and learning new skills. Thank you!! Sg

Inclusive experience for special needs kiddos. My son has attended Camp Grace for 10 years.
Everything. The facilities are great and issues with equipment are handled very quickly. The kid zone is amazing. The staff in the entire facility is so lovely and helpful.
Love the facility. Peak times are very crowded. Would like to see the facility stay open to 10pm or 11pm during the week. I would recommend to others to join but would be honest about the peak times and the availability to the equipment. Plus, the issue closing at 9pm does give you a lot of time after you get home from work, eat dinner with the family then try to get to the Y and work out before it closes. Just having that extra hour at night makes the world of difference.
