Well maintained facility and friendly staff
The Y continues to improve the quality and quantity of exercise equipment, regularly maintain all the facilities (I especially appreciate the gym courts), and provide excellent and friendly service.
The app is very helpful with the schedules of the rooms and gyms and by sharing important news and happenings.

I love the great group fitness instructors and the community at the Y. I feel welcomed and valued, and I have friends I've made just by chatting before class.
I've recently done personal training, and Anna helped me make small, but impactful adjustments to my form as well as introducing me to new ways to exercise. It's been a fantastic addition to my regular membership.
