Excellent job and responsible people
Great staff
I really appreciate how engaging the counselors are with the kids. They are not quick to judge but want to get the whole story of an event. They are also accommodating to special needs. I also appreciate how they engage with me as the parent when they notice any struggle the child is having. They have created an inclusive environment and that is priceless.
Our son loves going to aftercare and gets upset when we pick him up early.

Great kid focused development
I love the sense of community at Kraft Family YMCA. The classes are wonderful with enthusiastic instructors. The facility is clean and a wonderful place to spend my morning.
I love this place. Wonderful center for community. Locker room is spacious, plenty of comfortable seating in the lobby, and friendly people. It had been over a year since being at the Kraft, and the wonderful ladies in the Kid Zone remembered me & asked about my son who wasn’t there at the time. Just made me feel super known. I also love the amount of space available to stretch/do dumbbell workouts with mirrors to make sure I have the right form. Overall I feel like it is worth a bit of a longer drive to come to this location over the Y that is closer to me.

Good customer service
The staff is great and lots of equipment for working out. There are many different programs for all ages and interests. It's a very clean and safe environment.

Jack is having a great time so far. Trey has been so welcoming to him! Jack is in Kindergarten so we are glad he has been enjoying his time after schools and feels comfortable with the staff and activities.

When we were checking in, our daughter was having a hard time being separated from her younger brother. A very nice employee, who’s name I wish I’d gotten, handled her with amazing kindness — even going so far as to offer her gummy bears as a reward. It made the whole process a lot smoother and we really appreciated it.
I enjoy the classes especially Zumba gold and yoga
I’ve had my membership for over five years, and to me, it’s like family; the instructors are excellent, and I feel right at home.

It was so easy to sign them up online. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. They always answered the phone on the first call and never left us waiting long. When they walked the kids out, they gave feedback about how the kids did that day.
The ability to have a safe place to achieve fitness goals. The YMCA employees who are nice, helpful, encouraging in all things. The smiles that greet you at the door and the hands that work hard behind the scenes to help those in need in all ways. The YMCA is a place to lay down your burdens and lift your spirits all why becoming stronger at the same time.
Friendly, helpful people/instructors (so far!). I like the app and the facilities in general, the building, workout areas, ladies locker room, lockers and infrared sauna...And I love that my membership is free through my Health Insurance, Ambetter of NC! Thanks!
