My children go to YMCA aftercare and I they have enjoyed it! My daughter has down syndrome and and is sensitive to loud noise and with communication with the staff they were very willing to accommodate her with noise cancelling headphones or another activity. I also have a son who has severe allergies and I was able to speak with the head camp staff to discuss. They also provide feedback good and bad. I also appreciate having a phone number to call if I need to get a hold of someone who is physically with my child. The staff are friendly and good with my children.

I love the exercise AND my BodyPump community. I like knowing that people notice when I miss a class and ask about me. I am grateful for the kind folks at the front desk (hi Bruce!) and the warm, welcoming instructors. I appreciate the staff who keep us stocked with clean towels and gleaming windows.

Kraft Y has done an excellent job of updating the number and layouts of gym equipment over time. It is a very open and friendly environment.
The gym floors are refinished and in great shape, and the app provides great info about the schedule for gyms, studios, classes etc.
The sauna and steam room updates will be an up grade to already valuable amenities.
The staff is knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly.
My wife and I work out at the Kraft Y at least 5 days a week as a key part of our lifestyle.
YMCA is a community. Everyone is always so friendly. There is always a lot of programs going on . It’s a nice facility. It’s just a place to workout, people have built long lasting friendships.
The staff - they are the best. They are friendly - know me by name - and are always helping to make the visits fun! I just love them all - the gym is always clean - the track is great - no complaints whatsoever - it is my "Y" and I love it!!!!

Love the staff. So welcoming. Feels like family. Just started personnel training sessions with Anna. We have met twice and I already feel stronger.

Long time, member of at least nine years . I cannot say enough about this branch of the YMCA.. The staff is just incredible. Always have a smile on their faces and if you need anything, they’re more than willing to help you. The trainers that do the classes can’t even say enough about them! Honestly, one of the main reasons why I’ve been at the craft YMCA is because of the staff. One of the main many reasons anyway anyways. When I go there, it feels like a family.. and really shouldn’t your experience be like that?!
