I certainly like the YMCA and the fitness opportunities they provide but am especially pleased and honored by the way the YMCA of the triangle supports the less fortunate in our community. I am proud to be a YMCA changemaker and support the efforts of the Y to assist those who can use a helping hand.
It’s been a good place for our family. i appreciate that you allow tweenagers access to the gym - our son LOVES being able to work out. and the child care is good, too! both of our daughters enjoy being there.
We usually go to Taylor and NW Cary. Now that we have visited Kraft and you have more free weight machines and the infrared sauna. We are moving to Kraft.

Staffs are very nice and friendly.
It is a very clean friendly place to work out . I also watch my granddaughter play volley ball there. I had a free membership due to my health insurance and didn't think I would go for a long time. But my husband and I have gone 5 times a week when we are in Cary to walk the track since the beginning of the year. Everyone that works there says hello and smiles. They are so nice.
We’ve never experienced an after school club before, and our child was also very anxious to attend one. However after the very first session she absolutely loves it, loves the staff, wants to do more days! She’s always excited to be going to after school YMCA, and comes out with the biggest smile.

The staff are always very kind and helpful.
The staff are friendly. Just wish you could sign up for classes more than 48 hours in advance. And that there was equipment in all rooms so you didn't have to haul steps back and forth between classrooms.

Love it there-friendly staff, usually not hard to get on equipment. It’s very clean. Can’t wait for the pool to open!

Such a great program for our kids. School hours do not always align with work hours and it can be stressful tracking changing business schedules. The YMCA programs have wonderful and caring staff that look after our kids, keep them safe, and always make the time fun.

All the staff are wonderful, kind, professional. The equipment is kept in great shape. The facility is always very clean, yet you accomplish this w/o using harsh chemicals or bleach (please continue that practice!)
One suggestion: the new "wipes" are not as good as the original ones. They have holes in them which causes them to dry out very quickly, requiring more to be used. If this was a cost savings, I hope you factored in the increased consumption into the savings.
I love how it’s a culture of wellness that feels inclusive and welcoming of people of all abilities and ages. As a woman, I have always felt safe and comfortable while working out at the Y. There’s a community atmosphere and that is invaluable to me.
