Staff/cleanliness of the Y/friendly welcoming members/hours/proximity to my home
This was only my first visit to this location; however, I was impressed with the entire staff!
I like the atmosphere and equipment
The staff are super helpful and friendly; so are the other members. The facility is clean and has more than enough equipment to meet our family health goals.
Staff are great. Facility is always clean and functional
Clean facilities and good friendly people working front desk and other areas. Nice and friendly staff, trainers and class instructors.
The variety of classes and the expertise of the instructors is exceptional. They provide helpful guidance and friendliness. All the staff are caring and make you feel welcome. It is a very positive atmosphere that encourages all ages to blend together.
Clean facilities and very nice employees and volunteers working there.
I attend the 4.35 pm Load and Lift class Mon and Thur and the instructor is ROB.
He is such a good instructor and a very nice person. I like to come to this location just for his class.
The facility is clean, staff is very friendly and the variety of equipment and classes fit diverse needs of the community. We’ve been very happy using the fitness area in the early morning over the past year but we may have to leave due to the YMCA not accepting Silver Sneakers. Our insurance is dropping Fit On and changing to Silver Sneakers, can’t you accept Silver Sneakers?
It is super easy to sign up, and my son is having a great time, he comes home exhausted in a good way. Pick up is also super easy!
Great towels and plenty of TVs to view while doing cardio
I love the instructors.
Such a beautiful, light-filled, immaculate facility. It has revolutionized my life and my health in the few short months since I became a member. I LOVE the indoor track on the second floor! It's become my go-to for walking, as I can be there in any weather feeling comfortable and safe.
The staff at the front desk greet me every time I check in and are so friendly and kind. If I have a question, they have an answer.
Truly, I cannot say enough about how great this place is, and how happy I am being part of such a community.
Thank you,
~Linda
Great classes, talented instructors, and nice options at the Kraft Y! I really enjoy all the pilates and yoga classes, as well as Barre (Monday afternoon with Melissa) and Zumba (Friday morning with Lauren). Very clean facility; Friendly staff. Cardio equipment is great. Thank you!
Location.
Different classes offered especially the 10:40 class on Friday morning.
Friendly staff; good equipment My only suggestion is to have more Yoga class options — those are tough to get into.
Friendly people and excellent staff
Great staff, facility is clean and up to date, equipment is in great shape.
Gym area has a lot of freeweight/rack space for those who don't use a lot of machines.
Two saunas is nice, with the infrared option.
Track is nice for cold months or warming up.
Kidzone is convenient.
Family environment.
The people who work there are wonderful!
Friendly personnel
Great facilities and excellent staff
The staff are so friendly and helpful and the equipment and facilities are well maintained and extremely clean!
It’s one of the most positive public environments that exists! It’s life-affirming!! People really care!!!
The classes are very good as I attend Body pump, Yoga and Pilates classes.
One request: Need more yoga classes on Friday late afternoons.
Staff is always amazing and so friendly
Coaching and sportsmanship has been excellent. My kids have learned a lot and found an excitement for their sport they didn’t have before.

It's very clean and equipment is up to date. The classes are nice. I would get rid of the check in process for classes though as it seems a little unfair. Some of the classes you have 3 minutes to sign up before they fill up. That doesn't seem right- what if you are working and can't get to your phone in those 3 minutes. We shouldn't be punished for that. Just have a regular first come, first serve line at the door. If the class is full or there's no equipment available for someone, they can just find an alternative way to take the class. It's what every other facility and YMCA in the country does. It's ridiculous to give someone 2 minutes to sign up for a class every week only at a specific time.
