I'm very happy with the new structure of the weight room and more squat racks. I will say I am unhappy about the state of the kettlebells. They always seem to be missing a match, and even though I search the whole floor I can't find the other kettlebell. Are the kettlebells being used in one of the back exercise rooms? I wonder if they're being taken back there

Love the instructors and the group lessons. I feel that the instructors are professionals and well-educated about fitness. I also feel that it is a judgment free zone and I do not feel as self-conscience as I felt at other gyms. Every instructor I have had has provided alternate exercises or suggestions for those of us that do not move as well. I especially like the consistency of the instructors. At other gyms, you just get used to an instructors methods, and then they move on.
All people that I met are very friendly, and there is a lot of equipment in the gym, and a lot of classes as well.

We have a great program director (Jared.) He is very visible and approachable. Everything runs smoothly and on time. It's easy to register, and communication is GREAT via emails. Our coaches and refs are encouraging and capable; they model kind and respectful conduct to EVERYONE. The facilities are clean, easy to navigate, comfortable, and welcoming.
Fantastic staff! Always friendly and upbeat! All work very hard and professionally to create excellent facilities and a great atmosphere to exercise.
