I appreciate the perks like the free towels, it feels like that is a simple service that is rarer than it should be these days. The locker rooms are clean and comfortable. The facilities are nice and the equipment is maintained. The staff and the community all seem very nice.

Though I recently joined (12/25/24) and have not yet started participating in the various offerings at Finley in the brief tour it appears the members are happy with the choice of equipment and classes.
The front area staff members were pleasant, friendly and welcoming.
Also applying online was a joy using my laptop. The text size was perfect and instructions easy to follow. The email follow-ups with details were appreciated. I am glad you offered biometric sign-in with the app.
All in all a pleasant experience. I look forward to starting my journey.

The variety of classes. Instructors are top notch. Addition of heated outdoor pool has been a great addition.
The staff are wonderful and the facility is always clean. I love the inspirational messages you can pick from the jar at the front and I like how I am always informed of any updates or changes going on at the Y.
The staff are amazing. However, there are so many people sitting on machines just looking at their phones. It might be helpful to have some "phone etiquette" guidance in the workout area.
The Zumba class is awesome and the child care center is necessary!!!

A happy supporting greeting at the front desk when I arrive at 5am is fantastic! Trish does an incredible job! She takes the time to assist and follow through with all tasks given to her. More importantly she takes the time to care about each individual coming in and checking in with either him or her to try and make his or her day meaningful and valued.
I also appreciate the supportive inspirational conversations I have with women in water aerobics class on the weekends and in the pool during the week. The engaging family that has bonded in the class since COVID has fostered healthy mental health as well as physical health. Priceless friendships and community have formed!

Nice that everything is working, but mens’ steam room is turned up too hot. It is constantly running and much hotter than I recall.

What I like about AE Finley is the variety of classes, the great instructors and the positive welcoming environment. Overall just a lovely place to exercise
I think it’s great for beginner levels sports! I love the fact that scores are not kept. I think more assistance for coaches on how to build players skills would be helpful. For example; what drills to do, skills to focus on.
Staff and instructors are excellent ! Facility is well maintained! The service to the community is over the top.
