The YMCA is the best place in my community. Since 7/2001 I have enjoyed the kind courteous customer service of the YMCA! I have made lifelong friends and fellow members who have highlighted my life in general. The YMCA has assisted at aquatics to lose over 50lbs and in 2005 103 lbs. When I go to the YMCA I feel at home!

I am only answering this to eliminate the frequent emails for this survey. My only experience here is that one day I stopped in to check the place out. Because there is an indoor pool I have wanted to see if it is a place I might go for water fitness classes.
I was offered a guided tour, which I refused, and went on a self-guided tour. All the staff I encountered were so friendly and asked if I needed help. The facility looks amazing - there were lots of members doing member things! I really liked what I saw and hope to someday return and take a class or two. Otherwise, I have no experience upon which to base any sort of evaluation. Suffice it to say I am a loyal and dedicated Y member!

I would love, however, to have an upgrade of the lockers. I always need to plan a little extra time in case the lock malfunctions and I can't get in...It happens a lot and is really frustrating, especially when standing there in a wet towel waiting for someone to come and open it.
