I like the walking and running track upstairs, and I also like to Row on the machines trackside . Extra points for the sauna and steam room (although the lighting in them is too bright and harsh IMO . Thanks 👍

I've just started attending water aerobics classes at your facility - I'm really enjoying them - the facility is very nice, and all the people that work there are very friendly and helpful.

Staff is cheerful, and so is the membership, most of the time. It’s a pleasure to be in the building.
The classes are often beyond my ability but I’m gradually learning what I can do at my current level of fitness, and I’m working towards a level where I’m able to not only participate, but keep up!
