Friendly staff - reasonable prices - huge selection of activities/gym equipment.
I like: 1) the wide variety of exercise/training options; 2) friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff; 3) assistance to impoverished families and "disabled" persons.
I don't like; 1) Absence of water fountain in the men's locker room or shower area. It's actually dangerous. Ambulances have been called to assist members due to lack of hydration in that area of the building; 2) Would like more free swim hours.

Whenever I go to the YMCA I feel touched by people. I love how experienced I get whenever I’m at the gym. I go to the gym to get in shape, Not just that but I go because I know I will be having a great time working out and talking to people. Ever since I started going to the gym I have met ton of amazing people. There all hardworking because I know how hard y’all all work trying to achieve your goals. Shoutout to everyone for working hard. You got this never give up. I look forward to seeing yall!! Stay blessed

I love all the workout classes. Christine for yoga on Mondays and Kellie on Fridays, Liz is great on Saturdays. I also love Sylvia's Total body workouts. Alon is always friendly and speaks to me every day I come. The people at the desk Madonna in particular are always friendly. I find the clientele to be people i want to get to know better. Its a great gym.
