I also want to acknowledge that I used a strong word in my written feedback. That came from a place of frustration after seeing a consistent pattern. My intention was to express the impact of that pattern, not to make assumptions about anyone’s motives.

My priority is simply ensuring that our kids receive fair, consistent attention during lessons, and I am grateful that you took the concern seriously.

Schalmo is clean, friendly, it offers great classes. A great part of the community.

Many options to work on your fitness goals. The employees are very friendly and courteous.

The staff is friendly and the facility is always clean. Glad we have this YMCA in town. The membership director is especially awesome.

We were greeted immediately upon entering the door. There was a lot of open machines and equipment in the workout room. There was a lot of space in the room where pilates was being held. The instructor, Jen, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and engaging. We were told goodbye as we left the facility. Very friendly, very clean and overall great experience.
