I love working out in the group exercise classroom and because the workouts are 45 min or hour. I didn't have to worry about find gym equipment and waiting for a the treadmill. I love doing body weight workouts.

It's very clean, the staff is always friendly, and they have a huge selection of equipment.
Great environment, staff is friendly and courteous. It is a well lit, open not too congested and plenty of machines to work out. Also, the sauna in the men’s locker room is a nice bonus.
The Y offers many classes for various levels of exercise. Also, clean space, and work out room is always clean . Y staff are friendly and helpful.
