I like the equipment, the size of the place, and set up of the workout area, as well as the separate workout area.
Very clean and modern facility, with ample parking. My only concern is your inability to limit people to 30 minutes on some of the cardio equipment. I would love to discuss this, as It has occurred on my last several visits.

I especially like all the different classes offered during the day. I have attended water aerobics, Zumba, Zumba toning, Drumfit, Refit, line dancing and others. The instructors are all great, and know how to make exercising fun!
The staff is incredibly friendly and great with my kids. The environment is much less rigid than I expected, almost like feeling at home when we’re there.

I love the great variety and availability of classes. I have really enjoyed Zumba, Zumba Toning, Forever Fit Intervals, Water Aerobics, and more. The instructprs are all great!
