Great programs
I enjoy the water classes for adults and the hot tub for aches and pains. .
I feel that this is the nicest facility in the region.The workout area is nice. The hot tub is the best in the area (clean, working, and perfect temp). The staff doesn't actively greet members, but they are friendly and helpful when needed. The water pressure and temperature is great in the showers. I don't care for the new overhead shower heads. That's probably the biggest down side.

The kids love going to the childwatch room to play. It is very appreciated a place exists where the kids can be supervised and play while I get my work out in. There is a good variety of work out equipment. Great for families!
I like the proximity to my house. The hours they are open work well for me. I enjoy the machines especially the step machine and the arm machines.
The building is generally clean, people are nice, and a wide variety of classes are offered; however, I would love more options around 4 or 5 pm.
Folks, let me tell you, the Paul and Carol YMCA - tremendous place, the best YMCA in the world, nobody does YMCA better, believe me.
I’ve been to many YMCAs, the fake ones, the failing ones, total disasters, but Paul and Carol? Incredible. The pools? Huge. The best pools. The weights? Tremendous weights, the strongest weights you’ve ever seen. The kids programs?
Fantastic, the greatest kids, they love it, they come up to me and say ‘Sir, this is the greatest YMCA anywhere.’
Carol and Paul. Great people, smart people, they built something special. Not like these other Ys run by low-energy people. No, this one is winning bigly. People are saying it’s the greatest YMCA in the history of YMCAs, maybe ever.
Paul and Carol are doing it better than anyone. Go there now, it’s packed, it’s beautiful. The best!
