Very nice facility and nice people!

I enjoy the community. The positive environment. My lovely coworkers. The great exercise classes and instructors. Specifically, Lindsey's circuit class on Fridays and Katie's strength class on Mondays. It is a place I always look forward to going to a long with the Shalmo Y.

The instructors (power hour and spinning) are all wonderful. Teach great classes and always so positive!!! I appreciate all the free weights and various machines in the fitness center. The variety is what keeps me going and not getting bored. I have made a lot of good friends through the years at the Y............good people go to the Y!

At David, this Y takes group exercise seriously and I appreciate that. I’ve attended classes with at least a dozen different instructors and only one was sub-par.

I love the jackson y. It's close to my house and convenient. My son loves his swimming lessons there. He used to love child watch when he was little. There's a wide variety of machines so even when it's busy it's unlikely that you'll have to wait. My son also absolutely loves the running club program! I think it's unique to our y and it's a great way for my son to learn about track and cross country. We just wish it were offered more often!

I swim three days a week at 7:30. All the staff and life guards are very nice and efficient. (Life guards help me find a lane to share if they are all full.) Everything is always clean. (Bones is a great asset.)

I love how clean the facility is. I love how friendly the front desk is how they always smile and say hi. I love Jeff Yang’s Tai Chi class he is so talented I am so glad I get to learn from him. Great experience all around!
