I am totally glad that I chose Rick's Cycle shop rather than going to Amazon or WalMart and screwing up. I'm 77 YO, wanted an electric bike and Rick really assisted me after listening to what I wanted the bike for and what the benefits of buying a Trek bike from him were.

I brought two bikes in recently for repair work. Jebb took good care of my service needs. Rick's has an experienced mechanic who did a great job and provided me with feedback of issues with my gearing that I had not been aware of. He showed me how to do a hydraulic brake adjustment that I had never seen before. Cost was reasonable for the work done and I trusted them after they did not try to sell me parts or service that was not needed. I have bought parts from them before. I will be using Rick's in the future.
