Jedd did an outstanding job fitting my son for his new bike. His attention to detail and depth of knowledge are exactly what set small, specialized shops apart from big box retailers. He tailored the bike specifically to my son’s experience level, locking it into a single speed since he’s not quite ready to shift gears yet. We had a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. The only minor issue was a delay in receiving the bike, but that was a backorder from Trek and completely out of the store’s control
