Always the best service at Rick's
Rick was super helpful explaining the different ebikes and their functions. My sister and I each bought one so we can keep up with the young adults we bike with. Very happy with our purchases. Can't wait to start biking again.

We were outfitting a bike for our child. Jedd and Rick did an excellent job working with him over where he is going to ride, sizing and of course in a 10 year olds eyes color of the bike. They are very knowledgeable and want to ensure you are comfortable with the first peddle out the door.

I was in the market for a new bike after 18 years on my old bike. Honestly, I wasn't planning on purchasing from Rick's, but stopped by to take a look. Jedd was EXTREMELY helpful right off the bat. I'm 6'6'' and ride year-around on tar, gravel, ice and snow....so, I needed a bike that could cover a number of needs. Over the course of several weeks of conversations and research, he helped me get hooked up with a Trek Marlin 6, They assembled the bike and installed studded tires for no extra charge (beyond the price of tires). I'm super happy with the service and helping me get into the RIGHT bike for me. Thanks!
