Although really need to do something about the speaker situation. Most of the time it doesn't work and you can barely hear the instructors. Gets frustrating.

The swim instructors we're very helpful and attentive to my daughter... she started swim lessons there at age 5... she's now 6. All of the swim instructors have been great... especially one name "Jo-jo."

My son was very hesitant about the water. He's had 2 different swim instructors and both have been great. They have been very patient and helpful. My son really enjoys going to swim lessons now. Thank you!
Silverdale facility is probably one of the best in the nation
We are always greeted kindly when we enter. The people that are there consistently when we arrive call us by name. The YMCA has all the equipment I need and the people are all very friendly.

I am very happy with the facilities and the staff.
My only issue is that I wish the Y still supported the Silver Sneakers program. I think it is very, very important for seniors to have a place where they can go and interact with other people on a social level and at the same time have a place where they can work out and promote continuing good health.
In this time of recession uncertainty, and rapidly rising prices, I think the Y should make allowances for those people with limited income and resources. Isn't that part of what the Y is all about? Restoring the Silver Sneakers program would make a great difference in the quality of life for our seniors.
Good variety of classes and workouts
it is a beautiful YWCA and I love the water areobics with the inspired Theresa! She gives us great aerobic sessions with great music!
The "Y" is a clean and neat place to enter into & each time that I check-in, at least one of the "Y" employees greets me in a cheerful manner. The same occurs on my way out, after my workout. The employees are always helpful on how to use a piece of equipment, and also when you have a problem with something. I'm really glad that the Y is here and available to everyone.
