It's a great gym -- good hours, not crowded, it has the equipment I like to use, people tend to be friendly, and it's even clean. What's not to like?
I'm a big fan of the weights; still pretty happy to see the long row of squat racks, plus the whole main floor full of various machines. My happy place is a set of good compound lifts, some progressive overload, a little core and cardio to round things out, then finish with 15-20min in the sauna. Nothing kills stress like a good workout.
