Pool and friendly staff
The pool is terrific. Maintenance is phenomenal. The pool area is clean and well maintained. Also three cheers to all the staff out there. Life guards, swim instructors and water aerobic teachers (Yeah Sam) are all terrific
I like the water aerobics although I wish there were more 8:15 classes especially on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. The instructors are great.
The AOA group is great and we enjoy the time we have. The pick of many senior appropriate classes are great exercise.
The group of people on the desk are welcoming and helpful.

The Hasslwood Y is a wonderful facility and lacks for nothing.
I haven't been to the Haselwood Y in awhile. My return was to get into the adult swim lesson class for the Fall season. The instructor Sasha is great and patient. Looking forward to more sessions and doing other classes at the "Y".

I love some of the classes they provide there, the facilities are clean, personnel is polite and in general the environment is very nice
My only complaint I have, is that when I was scheduled for my second follow up appointment for my " well being" getting to know the equipment, the person didn't show up and nobody notified me, I guess I would have to pay for a personal trainer to be able to get all the advantages of the facility

I really enjoyed my Zumba class, Yoga, TRX, Exercise. I like to use the Spa and go to the water aerobics.

I would donate more money for your youth program again if i knew you are not going to shut down again due to more lockdowns or masks again. Or if you paid your employees more money so they can pay their bills. Its not like this youth are having problems due to the last lockdowns either and you shut the entire program down in the first place. So no i will not be giving any money to any of programs until i know any of this non sense will not be coming back again. So think again who donates and why and the consequences of participating in this nonsense again.
Excellent care of the bldg and equipment training of the staff we need more pool classes and instructors also I really like the life guards they work so hard keeping us safe and with frequent trainings. Our instructors for pool work hard keeping our class fun with changing routines and music.
Cleanliness of facility, customer service, friendly staff, lots of different things to do, & offers numerous classes, helps the community, has summer day camps for kids, answers questions in a timely manner.

The Y has been a great experience for both my husband and I. We really enjoy our time there.
Conveniently located. Very clean, all staff professional and helpful. Exercise classes are led by very capable, informed personnel. Preschool classes are amazing and kids eager to attend and happy when picked up. I appreciate a room set aside for seniors who need socialization.

I love that there are ALL ages of people who go to the YMCA. I grew up going to the Y and I worked for the Y in college. I seek out YMCA’s whenever I move to a new place. It feels like home to me, it feels safe and comfortable. I share the same values as the Y. I love the variety of classes for ALL ages and programs for youth to help them grow healthy and strong. I highly recommend the Y. It’s been a safe haven for me my entire life, so grateful for the YMCA!
