I want to complain about your new aerobic lead coordinator Samantha. This employee don’t have a license or teaching skills. Employee discriminated the adult water aerobics. She haven’t taught classes at Haselwood. She drastically changed and removed the Monday 9:15 am Aqua Zumba and 10:15 Deep water class. She moved the classes to Wednesday at 12:30pm.
This employee didn’t ask or get feedback from members. We were about 20 adult retired members who loved to have back the old schedule. We loved the Monday and Wednesday early classes. Thank you.

Has great exersize equipment. Also offers activities such as a monthly hiking group:-) the staff is very friendly and helpful
I feel safe. The staff are friendly and respectful. I can put on my headphones and workout without worrying about anyone bothering me.
Simon Shaffer loves coming to the Y and swimming laps with his caregiver. He loves how everyone knows him and says hello to him.

Available most of the day and close by. A variety of workout equipment is also available and they're simple to use.
It's a beautiful facility with great childcare. I love coming to the Y. It is such a blessing to have a safe place to put my children so I can take care of myself.
I attend the water aerobics class 2 days a week. Theresa the instructor is amazing. Also I work out on the equipment. The facility is newer than some other facilities I like that. Welcome center is professional as well.
Love love love the Senior Coffee time!!! I’ve been going to the Y for almost 13 years and have met many lovely people there.
Today aqua Zumba class. New life guard kept going back and forth behind the instructor during class. This isn’t safe for instructor teaching the class. Refrain this lifeguards crossing the deck. This only pool facility that I saw the lifeguards going back and forth. It really annoying while on going class. I complained before but nothing change,

Well, I am just getting back since being gone for years as I had a daily routine at home.
It all seemed awesome when I walked in last week to watch g’kids swim. Friendly front desk staff. Lifeguards were friendly and enjoyed their job!
We utilized the Y mostly for the Little Learners childcare. Shelby is amazing and my daughter loved going to school with her. I worked in the community room which was nice and quiet and appreciated the space to use when available. My son enjoyed the Teen nights and we may reinstate membership for him to continue going after football season is over. Thank you for everything and we will continue to recommend Little learners to those we meet.

The great location.
Availability of staff to help put together a plan to meet individual goals. Andrew was a big help to me and, though he has moved on to military service, it is my impression he was typical of the quality of staff who are available to help. He provided advice on which machines were best for my goal, number of repetitions, and diet. I lost 50 pounds without any medication or commercial diet approach and feel better than I have in years.
I joined only a short while ago. I've had no problem with access to any equipment during my visits. And, the facilities are always clean.
I like the variety of classes offered at the YMCA, both for my kids and myself.
The atmosphere and uniqueness of the diversified workout areas in the facility.
The YMCA has programs for all age groups. I particularly appreciate the Enhance Fitness program for those of us with physical limitations.
