I love the Senior Group Classes. It addresses every muscle. The most important muscle: the Brain. I wish it was at 9:00 am 5-days a week. I like being able to do my classes then start my day. Starting at 10:00 am is a little late for getting going.
Like the clean facility. It is safe, warm and welcoming. Gym equipment in great shape. Could improve by reducing prices and working with Kaiser Permanente for discounts!
