I love the Y and everything about it.
Coach James is absolutely amazing. His love and passion for the sport of swim comes out in his coaching. You can tell he truly cares about his athletes.
I wish 100% of the lap lanes were dedicated to the team during the hour of practice. These new swimmers need space to be able to learn and grow without constantly running into each other.
I love the aerobic classes, both on the floor and in the pool. The teachers are great, knowledgeable and a lot of fun.
Everything! The Y is a beautiful and well kept facility, the staff is so welcoming and kind, the instructors are awesome and very encouraging, the exercise equipment is new and clean, the pool is well maintained with great instructors and pool staff. The instructors are knowledgeable about exercise and kinesiology and the staff is open to our opinions and how to make the Y a better place. Everyone works hard to make the Y an awesome place!!
Also, it’s great to see so many teenagers use the facility!!:)
I spend most of my time at the Y in the pool in Aqua Boot Camp, Aqua Zumba and Water Aerobics classes. When I first started, I was not a water lover and didn't know how to swim and I knew no one here. My instructors, Laura, Cassiana, and Lisa were( and are) VERY encouraging and I found out how FUN it was here! I have made so many friends in all my classes! The Y has really changed my life and given me confidence and the ability to get over my fear of water. My class friends and Laura my instructor have helped me to learn how to swim and tread water. Also, I take Silver Fit Combo, Zumba and Core Express and I feel so much stronger!! I have so much appreciation for all the staff here. Everyone...front desk, cleaning staff, life guards, instructors, has been so kind and a joy to be around. Thanks for all you do, it is wonderful to come here every day.
Serina - is amazing. I have been amazed at how she engages and plays while teaching the kids. She is always aware of safety and cares about how the kids are feeling about their success and comfortability in the water. She also listens and reaches out to the parents. 5 stars give her a raise!

Chair yoga has really helped me to get my strength back after fracturing 5 ribs. I lost so much muscle and how getting back to normal.
I love the masters workouts that are provided even if I can’t make it to the dedicated practice! I also love the masters swimming program it is so fun to have a great group of people to swim with every week.

I love the environment. I love the new set up. It’s very bonding for my family and I to all go together.
The only thing that disappoints me is the unhealthy food in the vending machine. It always confuses me why a healthy place would have things like Pop tarts. It’s a constant conversation with my son and very time he begs me to let him get something from it. We typically bring snacks, I just felt it was worth mentioning.

I love cassianas water aerobics class. I have been a member of the y for many years and she is the best instructor I have ever had.
Lifeguards are great too. Especially Dillon.
When I started the swim lesson class I didn't know anything and I couldn't get away from the wall. but now I feel safe swimming all thanks to Sandi.
Provided you don't go at the busiest times - this is a great facility with a wide variety of equipment.
