Wonderful facility, lots of programs available, friendly and cheerful staff.
I love the class selection, the enthusiasm of the instructors and their excitement for my health, the friendly greetings as I come in, the reader board of inspiration when I leave, and my opportunity to take special classes like the weight loss class. I LOVE the Y! (I post about it on LinkedIn, even! :))
Everyone is very nice, and We enjoy being there and getting our exercises at loosing weight. We go there 3 times a week. Keep up the good work. We Love 💕 the YMCA.

Classes are awesome
We absolutely love our toddler gymnastic teacher Lina. She is so sweet and great with the kids. Not sure what she is making hourly but she deserves a raise! She is so knowledgeable with kids growth and development it is a pleasure to get to talk to her during classes.
He was pleasant when he spoke, actually enjoyed speaking with us meant it! So many less experienced reps in other businesses I have no good customer service in their demeanor. I am very impressed! Thank you Tom.

Thursday Zumba with James is my favorite class. I also enjoy Marie's Zumba class on Tuesday. I participate in the Yoga class on Mondays at 11:00.
The part I like best is I get to be of service to others.
The 3 classes I took in the gym (Mon, Wed & Fri) were very good. I like the variety and the use of hand weights for upper body strength.

It would be great if you would expand hours to accommodate the increased membership. At times it is very crowded and impossible to get on the machines.
A second stretching rack would be great. Also in high demand and nearly impossible to use at times.
The two calf lift machines are the far wall (first floor), are too close together. Move one over at least 6 inches. It is awkward to set weight with it being so close.

Positive atmosphere, courteous staff of employees and volunteers. And I really appreciate the messages and scriptures we see on the board as we leave. This reminds me of the America in which I grew up.
Since more and more people are joining, I believe looking at better ways to position the machinery we have is important. And adding more equipment is definitely needed to accommodate the growth. Seems to be a lot of open/unused space downstairs that could be used more effectively.

Our family loves the Tom Taylor YMCA! My daughters swim in the pool weekly, and love taking a variety of classes (swim instruction, gymnastics, baseball, ballet). Top notch facilities, and above and beyond customer service.
All of it. Need the hot water, love all the space and equipment. It’s a clean modern fitness palace with delightful staff.
Water Zumba and Water aerobics.
Right now the water aerobics starts at 10:00 and I believe you plan on changing it back to starting at 11:00. I do the water Zumba and I really can’t nor do I want to wait around an hour in between Zumba and the water aerobics class. I would really like you to keep it starting at 10:00. I’ve talked to a lot of the women in the class and the ones I’ve talked to agree.
