The Senior Zumba class is an absolute delight! The instructor's energy is contagious, and the music gets everyone grooving. The choreography is senior-friendly yet tons of fun. What's truly special is the sense of community - we cheer each other on, laugh a lot, and leave feeling fantastic. If you're a senior looking for a fun way to stay active and make new friends, this class is a must-try!

The trainers are friendly, encouraging and effective. You have access to them and they listen. The classes are crazy good! You can meet amazing people and make connections to fulfill other areas of your life.
