The variety of activities offered to kids and seniors the avalibility of the pool year round and the avalibility of the cable machines in the Zone room

Friendly staff, well kept exercise machines and weight room. Lots of different exercise classes for members.

I feel like I belong. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the members are the to get healthy and not to judge.

The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. The equipment is always in top shape for exercising. No issues regarding time of day to exercise...hours available are most anytime of the day.
The facility atmosphere is warm and inviting. I actually look forward to exercising.

The spin class on T/R 5:30am with Cassandra is terrific. A great way to start my day. She has lots of energy and great music. The swim instructors: Karla, Heidi and Patty are beyond wonderful. They give so much attention and care to our twins encouraging them to improve each time. They have made our children love the water and we are so grateful to them and the kind hearted highschool/college instructors who always make the kids smile.

it's a great facility which is clean and has a lot of newer equipment. The staff is very nice as well.
