Enjoy the variety of classes offered for exercise. Go to the Barre, Mixed Fit, and several different Pilates classes as well as Jenn’s Muscle and Movement class on Friday. Love them all and their instructors.

I have been a member of my local Y since it opened. I like everything about it -- location, open feeling, windows, first-rate equipment, friendly and knowledgeable trainers. The Y is a great asset to our community.
The variety of classes. However I don’t like how crowded they are. I also don’t like that the spin classes are allowed to play music so loud it interferes with the other classes.

The only drawback is the men’s locker room showers are dated and could use a refresher.
I also enjoy the leadership of Desert Foothills YMCA. Chris is doing a great job of developing a great community resource.
