I only use silver sneaker at the church but Lori (and the subs) are great. I love the opportunity to exercise at my pace. I have used the swim exercise I. The past but find the pool a bit over crowded, I am short so I need to be near the end where it’s shallower and more crowded. I also like the jump start very much but not quite in good enough shape to do that at this time. Hopefully soon.
