The people at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The facility is great with lots of new and up to date equipment. I like the ability to play Pickleball indoors and wish there were more summer hours for pickleball at a reasonable time of day. 5:30 am is too early.

Friendly staff and trainers, clean facility, plenty of relevant equipment and weights, well ventilated, customers are friendly and sanitize equipment after use. Pool is clean and well attended by guards and customers. I would support one more upright stationary bike. Fitness classes are very well attended and instructors motivating. There is a good sense of community overall.

I only do the classes. The instructors are amazing and friendly. The people in the class are very friendly people. The front desk employees are amazingly friendly.

It’s a convenient, clean friendly place to workout. Has many group activities and a nice pool and a great variety of exercise machines. I love that that it’s local.

Friendliness
Personal training with Roger has been extremely helpful in easing me back onto a fitness regime. He has been patient but challenges me when I need to move a higher level. I've been exercising at home more often but plan to make the Y a priority for visits even in the summer. I love your facility since you have a lot of older members like myself. Plan to keep fitness more of a priority going forward.

The facility is clean, the staff is customer centric and it has very good equipment.
The early morning staff is friendly and responsive One item to add to the nightly shutdown list would be to verify all lockers are unlocked and available for the next day. I am one of the 5 am guys and many times there are 3-4 lockers still locked. Often times for many days, so a check at the end of the night to ensure all lockers are open and available at the beginning of the shift would be nice.
Otherwise, everything is great !
