I love the instructors I have in the classes I take. I really feel they all give a excellent workout. I feel so invigorated when I leave. I met so many nice girls there I feel are my friends. There's so much your gym offers as far as a variety of workouts. I can't imagine anyone couldn't find the
workout they like.

The Desert Foothils Family YMCA has something for everyone. It’s friendly staff coupled with a clean facility compliments the healthy atmosphere of the facility.
I especially enjoy the two handball courts at the club.

Well, run facility. Clean, well staffed, friendly interaction with staff, diverse, and well, kept equipment, excellent programs, and shower and restroom facilities well kept and clean.

Your weights need replacement in the big gym. The outside parts are coming off and the good ones need a cleaning routine . I am enjoying the workouts.

Gets busy, it is small. Pick correct times and it is very good place to lift weights.
