After 4 years of living in the area I found the Y this summer, and it's changed my fitness life. I still work parttime, so the large number of classes throughout the day means I can always get to a class, gym. I play pickleball whenever I can. My game has improved greatly having so many different partners and I have found people to be very encouraging and have a lot of fun on the courts.
I also love the underlying theme of participating and giving back to the community. It's same philosophy whenever I have been involved in the Y - in Europe and the US.

Clean friendly good classes
The only thing I don't like is that the showers are only lukewarm. Otherwise, it's great!

I love the variety of classes and activity options. The Y is clean, friendly, and professional. It offers personal training as well as relaxation options and fun get togethers. The only thing missing is good massage therapists 😄
