My experience at the Desert Foothills YMCA has been a positive one. It is convenient, the staff is customer focused and easy to communicate. The facilities are well maintained and available to a wide range of age groups. I've been very satisfied with the Y and its staff over the years and continue to support its programs, goals to make our lives heathier both physically and mentally.

I want to voice my opinion and concern on the latest exercise equipment upgrade. It was very poorly planned and executed. The first day after installation was wrought with problems - machines did not work, two different sets of equipment were installed with different interfaces, no instructions of how to use them nor staff who could help (they mentioned they didn't have any training). This went on for approximately a week or so. To this day, there are problems with the touch screens on numerous machines. I've notified staff of the issues on a regular basis. At least you could number the machines so when we report a problem it can be addressed quickly.

Wonderful staff, great schedule of classes, clean and friendly facility.

We absolutely love parents night out! The kids would choose to go to that weekly if it were an option! We tried wacky sports, and really liked the concept in time of it, however, wished it were a bit more structured. We would love to see more sport programs That are not actual leagues, maybe just ways to keep exposing children to different types of sports.

I love the staff, the programs and I always feel welcome.

I like zumba class

We have even gotten our neighbor interested in joining. There are great exercise classes and amazing instructors. I enjoy the pot lucks and senior activities. Keep up the good work.

I like the pre-diabetes class facilitated by Kelly Forkasdi. I like the equipment in the gym. I like the stairmaster. Looking forward to taking a class, next time it’s offered, on how to play pickleball. I like the hours that you’re open. I like the cleanliness of the facility, the swimming pool, the water aerobics classes.

Everyone is very friendly. Shannon and Sharon are the best instructors ever!

I enjoy the Silver Sneakers class....at the Light of the Desert Church. The parking lot at the "Y" is NUTS with all the elderly drivers! My car had a "hit & run".

You do offer many activities; I just haven't tried any of them at the "Y".

Friendly people. Plenty of equipment. Great trainers.
