I like that I feel safe and welcome at the whitetock ymca. The staff is super friendly and accomodating. They have many activoties to participate from for children and adults. The daycare center staff is also great and appreciate their efficiencies. I have been a member since 2013 and would never go anywhere else.

I love the Body Pump classes and instructors! I enjoy this Y so much. It feels very family oriented.
Close friends are there and the equipment is Great! Would love more advanced classes that target heavier weights and a sauna!! Otherwise it’s fabulous.
Everything is perfect here. All leather isn’t worn, weights are new, all the machines are new and they even provide towels

For me, White Rock Y has been and is the ideal place to exercise. It is very well run by friendly management, with courteous and helpful staff. The building is clean and inviting. The equipment is always in good shape. The variety of exercise classes offered is great, and most importantly, the class instructors are the best! WR Y is a happy place to be. I have had the pleasure of meeting and becoming friends with some of the most kind and thoughtful people I have ever met. I've enjoyed my 14 years of membership at WR Y! Daniel Prado
