Great and friendly staff. Facility has all the equipment someone would need to achieve their fitness goals. The one thing to work on would be to improve and update the cleanliness of the showers and bathroom facilities.

Spacious facilities, steam, sauna and spa
I’ve been a member 36 years. It’s a great facility, and the staff and members are very nice people.
I like everything about it, the environment in YMCA is so pleasant I like to spend time at the Gym because all the people is nice, friendly and respectful the staff the equipment and everyone I love it and I recommend it.
The people at the T. Boone Pickens YMCA are wonderful. They're friendly and helpful and do a great job!

I dislike having to pay for parking.
I dislike that not all equipment is cleaned, wiped down.
I dislike that there are no wet wipes to clean the machines.
Please make sure there are enough lifeguards at the pool to open all 8 lanes when needed. Also, please add more hand sanitizer stations (there are currently none in the free weight area).

I was disappointed that you guys took away the Yoga mats with no warning.
I am glad that you have the thick black mat upstairs to stretch out on, but there's only one I wish you could consider getting some more of those black mats.
Now that management has recycled I can tell a big difference in the customer service.

I like the rooftop track! It's an awesome view of the downtown skyline. There's an indoor track that's really nice as well. The multiple levels, along with the men's room amenities are very welcoming. The atmosphere is unique and spacious. The representatives are approachable and informative. There's so many good things to say about it.
Convenient, clean, not overly crowded and offers a range of classes to suit every age and ability.
