I’ve only been going for a few weeks but it’s been great! Staff are friendly, gym is clean, quiet, gym goers are respectful to one another and pickup after themselves. Very happy with my choice to come here.

We take a Seniors class from Anna and WE LOVE IT!
She is very creative with exercises tailored to our capabilities, and even gives options to push ourselves by doing a more challenging move if we choose. I am 72 years old, my wife is 75, and it is critical to our overall health and wellness to have this class. We usually have 4 or 5 people; if this class were promoted, maybe more would hear about it.
Finally, we enjoy the 60's music she plays, her cheerful tolerance with our funny (to us!) banter, and her overall patience with our cantankerousness.
I hope you will share my review. I feel strongly that this class keeps us from the inevitable decline which often follows inactivity.

Excellent facility with great equipment and friendly staff.
Convenient location to my office. Clean and not overly crowded. Every kind of workout equipment you can imagine. Scheduled daily classes that you can squeeze into a lunch hour. Just wish it had some kind of aerobic/dance class.

I like the classes (need even more options) and instructors, newness of equipment and how large the facility is. Parking use to be free for seniors but no longer is. This has caused some of your seniors to go to other facilities.
I’ve been a member for 30+ years and I love the place. The staff are always nice and ditto the other members. Also, it’s a great facility with all kinds of good equipment.
The people who work at the YMCA are terrific. They are helpful, kind, and friendly. It's always a pleasure to see them and exchange a few positive thoughts for the day. Many solid friendships have been fostered over the years at the Y, both with the employees and with the other gym members.

T Boone is great early morning spot for basketball. They also have wet sauna, dry sauna and whirlpool!
