There's lots of equipment and the staff is very good at assisting you on how to use it. The staff is warm and friendly as well. They seem to be very knowledgeable when it comes to fitness.

I like that the workout areas are never crowded. I would like to have some group exercise classes offered earlier in the morning like a glute class, or core or strength training. Having a few more start before 10:00 would be nice.
Love this place. Great weight racks, rowers and sauna.
Anna teaches a GREAT seniors class. It keeps me young. Need more to join. Advertise it, please.
Everything. The facility, The other members and staff, and the feel of the place.
Our instructor was Karen. My son came in with water trauma and was so fearful to even get into the water. She worked patiently with him, and even though his progress was slower than most kids, she continued to work with him patiently and he loved her. He has a long way to go, but with the help he received from Karen, he’s excited to get in the water now and wants to continue learning.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The body pump class is top tier ..

Staff are very nice. Not too busy. The swimming pool is two warm for serious lap swimming, more of a therapy pool temperature.
Everyone is nice
Staff is professional & proactive & things usually open/start when they're supposed to, esp. re: the pool.
I like the atmosphere and the people. The set up for the locker room and wet areas is great. It’s also nice to have a quality gym downtown and not far from my house.
