Location, Time open to closing, programs, and friendly staff. Most important faith base. It truly a physical, mental, and spiritual high

The facility is improving. The detraction is the hot tub and pool have been closed. I used the pool often and the hot tub almost every time I visited, 4 to 5 times a week.
The only like that is warranted, in my opinion, is for the following people working at the Downtown YMCA;
Randy Brinkley and Morgan Williams.
They are the best employees the YMCA has to offer. They are friendly, accommodating, encouraging, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable of their profession. Additionally, they assist when there is no other assistance available.
The gym is great, clean and spacious, but I wish they would fix the pool.

The management team from front desk to the director are good people.
Guest Staff are very friendly and they showed me around when I first got there! The location is perfect to get a quick run in and then go to work in the mornings.
Facilities have been upgraded and it’s a great location now.
Great facilities, very welcoming staff, free coffee, and a wonderful lounge area where I can get a few hours of work done during the day.

Very close to my apt (5 min drive), friendly reception folks, awesome Les Mills Body Pump instructor, Tawnya, well-maintained exercise equipment, spacious workout room, towels, adequate parking although too bad there’s a charge but at least it’s deeply discounted. And the parking garage managers finally installed a much improved checkin process that shouldn’t result in frequent overcharges
It feels like a premiere exercise club. The renovated sauna is nice. I'm that there are handball courts available. Very few places have a similar range of offerings.
The instructors (David, Lourdes,etc. The timing and availability of different types of classes. Location is amazing.
Carol, Randy, Jennifer at the front desk are always so friendly and greet with a smile and my name (which is not easy:)).

Everything. The facilities, the members, the staff. There’s always room for improvement, but it’s a great place.
The morning staff always greet me with a smile! Plenty of equipment to go around.
No better place to exercise and socialize. Perfect location and clean large facilities with new equipment. Different Fitness classes even day care for parents.
Front Desk employees make you feel always welcome with a professional attitude and a smile. !

Friendly staff
Best weight room in downtown Dallas!
Great space with a pleasant energy (unlike Moody which is too cramped). Friendly staff. Well kept equipment. Parking takes some learning but it is downtown after all. Haven't been using the locker rooms recently. Sometimes there's a towel shortage on the workout floor which is frustrating. I bring my own just in case.
