I like using the rowers. It would be nice if there were more than 2 because sometimes there is a problem with one or they are being used. It would nice if there was an incline bench for incline bench with a bar. Staff is very friendly and I like the underground parking.

Water exercise is the best way to keep joints and muscles healthy as you age. The pool buddies and the friendly staff make it a pleasant experience. I am lucky to have all the Y offers.

Clean, good equipment, available parking, ample lockers, available towels, and hot showers. Seems simple, but surprisingly many clubs fail at one. Moody has them all.

What do you like about your membership at the Moody Family YMCA experience?

I enjoy exercising at the Moody at least 5 days a week and am truly impressed with how well the facility is run. The machines work and it is always clean. Brenda is amazing and it is great to see her smiling face every morning!
