I like the wide range of activities and classes available. I have participated in aqua fitness classes for about 18 years. My husband uses the gym equipment. There’s something for everyone.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The equipment is top tier and always maintained. It’s a great social scene for the elderly crowd. Generally, it is never too occupied like a lot of gyms. Very clean facilities.

Therapy (Instructional) pool when it is warm.

Staff is wonderful ! Except the guys who determine the temperature of the Therapy pool. 1 degree makes an imm3ense difference!
