It's a very subdued gym - meaning, people go there TO WORK OUT.

They dress FOR A WORKOUT. Not something distracting, not like they are there for socializing.

The Moody YMCA has excercise options for everyone. Classes have excellent instructors and are easy to identify and register for using the "MINDBODY" App. Those who want to do their own thing can choose from a wide range of excercise equipment or machines with little or no wait time. I give the Moody YMCA a "10"!

The water was warm, except for the last class, and that was by far my favorite part. The instructor kept the class fun and relaxed which for my 13 month old tryign to do a very rigid class never works out well. The songs were a hit

Love the coaches, the vibes, the medals. But The umpires really add more than they may realize helping these children build confidence, grit, grace and resilience! We love the friendships and the proximity to home. We’d do Y sports forever if we could!!
