Glad you asked. I submitted a comment over 4 weeks ago about why new equipment was being installed on a Monday at 5pm which is the busiest time of the week. I got no response. Now there are two of the new machines that have been broken for over 2 weeks. When are these going to be fixed?

How about adding a Pilates class?

Hours of operation and location are convenient for me. There’s an indoor pool and a yoga class available when I’m there. Staff is friendly. Underground parking is available. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided and a lounge area is nearby.

I like the bodypump classes...Chiyo is very good.

Please be careful about overpolishing the floor in the bodypump room as it gets slippery.

Usually not crowded. Polite staff, good clientele. Facilities are well maintained (although an alarming dust buildup on the drop ceiling of the bottom floor). Broken machines are quickly fixed.

Child watch is amazing. The individuals are so sweet and it’s my kids favorite part of the day. Keeps me accountable and I love that she loves going.

Everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is always clean. They are genuinely happy to see me. They have an extensive variety of classes and activities.

What do you like about your Swim Lessons at Moody Family YMCA experience?

I wanted to express my appreciation for the fantastic instruction provided by Maritsa. Her teaching style is truly commendable.

I have a small suggestion regarding the lesson duration. It would be beneficial if the lessons could be extended beyond 20 minutes, especially when there are multiple children participating in the same session. This adjustment would allow for a more comprehensive learning experience and ensure that each child receives ample attention.
