What do you like about your membership at the Moody Family YMCA experience?

Love the club, wish there was a teen time to allow others to use equipment. They tend to swarm the weight area and it makes it difficult to use anything. With that being said, child watch is amazing and my daughter LOVES to go, which in turn makes me go. All staff is friendly, always met with a smiling face

Love convenient class schedule times. Love the covered parking. Friendly staff. Clean yoga room and restrooms. Very reasonable monthly dues. Dan Holman is an excellent yoga instructor.

What do you like about your membership at the Moody Family YMCA experience?

Moody Family is convenient and the staff is generally friendly. The members are generally friendly.

I imagine this is an issue with all facilities, however, the members are less conscientious about putting there weights up or in the correct place; nor does the staff go through and restore the weights in an orderly fashion.

I like the variety of options in classes. I wish that there were better weights - the equipment is scattered and not well organized.

At the Moody Family YMCA, I swim laps. I appreciate the number of hours in the day reserved for lap-swimming. The pool is in good condition. The YMCA staff are all friendly and upbeat, even at 5:30 in the morning!

I like the YMCA Moody Family, but I cannot understand why they did not have swimming lifeguards in the summer! I could not use the swimming pool today. Will I be able to use it tomorrow??

The young man who helped us with our membership was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a tour and couldn’t have been more informative and welcoming. His name was Cormac. Lovely young man.

Clean (mostly - dust the drop ceilings sometime)
Orderly. Most clients are polite and respectful.
Equipment in good shape.
Easy and quick to check in.
Love seeing people on the spectrum at work.
