The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a nice variety of group classes, although the options could be expanded. For example, how about offering Tai Chi, meditation, and a flexibility and stretching (not yoga) class?

Clean environment and showers. Great equipment and fantastic aquatic area and classes. Love the underground parking.

What do you like about your membership at the Moody Family YMCA experience?

I feel I can go to the gym with my kids and know what sort of environment to expect for them and for me. I don’t enjoy working out with fellow gym goers who are there to flaunt their body (for good or bad) to the entire world. With raising kids, they have a hard enough time comparing themselves to others in this generation, and your firm boundaries on gym attire help me safeguard my kids eyes. Thank you. Also, the child watch crew are top notch and I love the variety of equipment and classes I have access to. Thanks for making a gym that considers such factors.
