Our Personal Trainer, Lincoln Huth. Also the very friendly staff who greets us every morning when we go.
I like the environment, the opportunity to exercise along with other people using a variety of machines at my own pace. I also like the proximity of the facility and the smiling attendants at the reception counter.
It's a family oriented. Always a pleasant environment, safe and friendly. There is no other fitness place that I would go to. Additionally, staff and administration are one of the kindest and supportive people I've met. Very happy to be part of YMCA since 2012. Thank you for all you do.

The classes are great! They have a variety of classes to choose from, and they have experienced teachers conducting the classes.
It’s near my house
The coaching experience and the quality of coaching my child is receiving from his coach at the YMCA. You have coaches that have official coaches that have coached on the high school levels, colleges levels as well as played professional sports. I think you need a coaches corner to discuss just what you have to drive business and numbers as well as add perks for those coaches and their family for their service.
very good gym, free weights and clean locker room.
For basketball- the refs are awesome!
We’ve always had good coaching experiences with soccer and basketball. I like the the kids play on teams with kids from their schools and nearby schools. I like that the soccer games are at the Y and that the practices and basketball games are at schools near where we live.
Kind, friendly staff and members. Excellent classes and equipment.
I enjoy the atmosphere and the extensive amount and variety of exercise equipment. The staff is always nice and helpful.
Everything! Best gym ever. The people who work here are great. Livia and team are friendly, helpful, encouraging and just incredible people. Nice safe environment for family and kids. Love the Y’s efforts in outreach to the community and our veterans.

I like every part of my visits there. The front desk people are always so friendly and smiling. The instructors that I have had seem very knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. And then on the way out, I’m always wished a good evening by the front desk people!
A very friendly community to engage with!
Fantastic experience from the whole crew! Congratulations
The fitness classes and instructors are awesome!
Speaking about the Frisco YMCA: It’s affordable for an entire family to join. The equipment is maintained well and you rarely see equipment that’s out of order. There’s a lot of equipment so you hardly ever have to wait. Very friendly staff. Clean. Good hours.
Everything except for this one super aggressive coach and his team.
From the moment you walk into the Frisco YMCA you get greeted with smiling faces the ladies know your name .
The Instructors are also friendly and very informative their instructions are clear and easy to follow.
YMCA is a great organization that gives every kid a chance to try something new. This program is extremely positive and our team enjoyed participating this season.

I attend classes at the Y four to five times per week. I consistently choose the Y due to its exceptional instructors, diverse class offerings, and welcoming environment. A significant factor in my continued patronage is the community's commitment to conservative values. However, I am uneasy about the emphasis placed on Pride week. It does not align with Biblical Christianity, and I am uncomfortable with the potential influence on children's minds regarding acceptance of the gay lifestyle. I fear that an excessive focus on 'inclusion' may lead to policies resembling those in more 'liberal' clubs, where concerns about allowing men in women's bathrooms have arisen. I sincerely hope that such developments will not compromise the cherished values of my beloved Frisco Y.
