I like the senior classes offereded
Everything
The friendly greeting I received at the Frisco location was amazing. The gal at the front showed me around and made a sincere effort to welcome me and connect.
The facility is always clean. There is plenty of equipment. The staff is extremely nice and helpful
My daughter came home happy in spite of the heat.
Great variety of activities. My son came back very tired every day from all the fun he had. Option to make "buddy" requests is a BIG PLUS! This camp is a great option for the kids to enjoy a whole week of a lake experience without overnight stays. It is very convenient to drop off and pick-up the kids at a near YMCA location, and the hours for drop off and pick up are convenient for working parents!
Everyone at the front desk is friendly and helpful.
Second, for me the YMCA has been very important because I am able to supplement my medically required physical therapy by utilizing some of the available equipment to maintain my physical strength.
I didn’t go but my son said he had a blast and the staff was awesome.
Friendly staff, great machine selection, not too busy and has all the equipment and hours I need
Professional staff, specious facility at excellent location. Perhaps Swimming pool should be built in the future to provide swimming services
May was a phenomenal leader for the league! She enforced safety policies and swiftly took action in regards to complaints.
We got very good exposure for my son to learn the sports as well as team building. Coach John was so friendly with kids and parents. Thanks for organizing.
I love the variety of sports available to kids.
My son had a great experience for his first season!
100% contact with nature, rules against cell phones, applause for this, very organized guidelines and discipline, recommended for all parents who have teenagers
good idea to get the kids outside
Availability of classes for seniors, great trainer, friendliest of employees
My son loves the YMCA
My kid had a fantastic time! Every evening she’d talk about how she couldn’t wait for the next morning to go back….
As a parent I do wish we had received more information about her week. A previous YMCA camp, Widjiwagan, had the counselor call us a week or two before to introduce themselves. Every evening pictures got uploaded to a site where we could look at what the day entailed. And their social media presence also provided us with a look inside. Even photos on the website would be a tremendous step in the right direction. A brochure?
We almost canceled her week at COTL due to the lack of info. We’re so glad we didn’t because she DID have a great time!
Staff is great
We wanted to put our child in a sport to just have fun. We were hoping he would learn the basics of the game, but mostly how to work as a team. It was very nice to see that most of the other families playing through the YMCA seem to feel the same way—having fun and keep trying is the most important part.
Easy, convenient
My child loved her time at camp on the lake! It was fun and engaging - we will definitely be back next year!
Loved all the activities. My son came home dirty and tired each day, and he had a blast! My only wish is that there was a way to see pictures of him during his time there.
Profesional service , excellent Instructtor, great friendships.
Easy to register even as a non member of YMCA. Great communication. Kids loved it
It's a comfortable place to workout. People are friendly. It's a busy place sometimes but they have a lot of treadmills and elepticals. The weight area is large enough where multiple people can workout at a time.
Good group classes
Everyone at the Frisco, why is so friendly and supportive and amazing! But my biggest shout out goes to Laurie Christopher. She goes above and beyond to help us learn how to be strong and healthy. There’s also a young man that works there, named Alex Bailey, he’s always cheerful and willing to chat and bring a smile to everyone’s face.

Friendly staff. Clean facilities
