The cleanliness and location. However, for the last 3 months, there hasn’t been enough keys for multi drawer cabinet for wallet, keys, etc.

We love the refs who are great with the kids and use opportunites to teach. We like that it's laid back, TRULY recreational.
It is nearby my home and offers senior classes. The instructors are qualified and personable. I wish delighted when the YMCA started offering Tai Chi in my area
People, staff, equipment.
It is very clean and bright. All the equipment seems new and it’s not crowded. The locker room and restroom area is also very clean.

We LOVE the fitness instructors and childcare employees (Vero, Magda, Anabelle, Sadie, etc). My kids feel SO comfortable there!

The facility is always very clean! There are plenty of machines available, and the staff is always very friendly and professional.
It is a very comfortable, non-judgmental place to work out. It isn't filled with "influencers" videoing themselves all of the time and is rarely overcrowded. Equipment is clean and maintained. Looking forward to trying some of the classes.
Variety of programs and very welcoming instructors!!
Our coaches Gilbert and First name removed Moses are great. The game day organization was a bit much this season with split courts and limited seating there were times we didn’t know where to play or who we were playing. Referees were present but not as engaging with the kids as past seasons. The pictures were not well organized and disappointing we didn’t get a whole team picture. Overall the program is worth the money paid just a few kinks to iron out.
Ms. Johnson was my daughter's Basketball coach, and she was above and beyond my expectation!
We had a good experience with our first basketball team. Price, communication, and education on the game.
