You have very competitive prices and your discounts have been timely.

I am old school and like to TALK to a live person, not a computer screen. I understand about the labor restrictions facing companies today, but I still prefer speaking with people and at times it has been frustrating being put on "Hold". I try to be reasonable and patient.

Learning to navigate and use your Web Site takes practice but does NOT entirely negate the
requirement of needing to speak with a live person on occasion.

My driveway is long and steep. I do my best to keep it cleared of ice and snow during winter months but occasionally Mother Nature knocks me down between ordering / delivery. Salt and
Sand are sometimes dangerous to spread by hand.

Your drivers have been GREAT.
