I like that you have responded to any of my questions. However, although my last delivery was on December 5, I was not aware of it until the e-mail invoice arrived on December 12. That time span definitely shortens the opportunity for the 10-day prompt payment bonus. I would like notification on the day of delivery.

All of the great folks (esp Kaylee, Garrett, and Keith, who work in the Milford NH office are genuinely kind, helpful, and very understanding when considering all the confusion and extremely maddening long wait-times on the phone (plus phone tag!) that likely was caused by your recent merger with that other propane company, which required that Milford Crew yo be on the ball and work really very hard to coordinate everything for my first delivery of propane immediately right after my boiler/furnace was converted over from kerosene to propane on Dec 2nd. If it wasn’t coordinated in a timely way, like it was, I would not have had any heat that night?!

Drivers are polite, go about their work quickly and efficiently.. In all the years I have only rrun out of oil once !!! Help came at night when I had a thermostat problem. Even gave mea battery I need for it fro his flashlight !!
