The office staff ( Jennifer and Kaylee )and delivery workers are always prompt , polite and helpful when I need assistance from Rymes. I always deal with the Milford office and technicians who take care of my furnace with cleanings and questions. I appreciate their help.

The office girl, Kaylee is amazing and knows how to help a customer. All of the delivery drivers and location manager are wonderful. They all deserve a raise!

On the other hand the company is greedy and is hitting people with horrible fees and high rates. Rymes was a wonderful company until they were bought out a few years ago, now unfortunately they are run by a greedy corporation that doesn't care about its customers or employees.
